It is a very rare occurrence for Rising Hope Farms to have any opening for therapeutic riding.  However this year we have 8 spots available on Tuesday with Sam and Wednesday with Joyce.  We need your help in filling these openings.  Rising Hope Farms has assisted each of us with enhancing our child’s abilities.  The hour-long therapeutic horseback riding sessions focus on improving the physical and emotional well-being of the rider through fun, educational lessons. Games, exercises and other activities appropriate for the age and skill level of the rider are used to improve riding skills.  Horses can play a powerful role in improving our physical and mental health, from autism and anxiety to PTSD and cerebral palsy.  Horses can put a smile on our face when their personalities show through, and riding out in the fresh air can be an absolute joy.

I am attaching a 2022 parents’ document and riding schedule.  For information please contact Gail Wartner at 828-638-0879 or go to our website at and click on therapy riding to find the forms.  Please help us spread the word and love to other families we know that may need therapeutic riding.
