Walkin' Roll Activities League will have a Prom on Sat., June 13th at First Presbyterian Church in Newton. The theme for the prom will be "At the Beach".

This event is open to all individuals with disabilities in Catawba County and surrounding areas. Even if you have not been participating in our current T-ball season, you are still invited to attend the dance.

We will have live music performed by the Hwy 321 band and may set aside time for a little karaoke.

We will have a performance by the Cornfield Cloggers to get our dance started off on the right foot.

Accent Limousine will provide a limo to take participants on a ride through Newton from 4:30-6:30.

Feel free to dress as formal or as informal as you wish. I have talked to some that are planning on wearing formal wear and others that will plan to wear beachwear. I will be dressed for the beach.

Door Prizes will be given out throughout the evening, so be sure to get a ticket when you arrive at the dance.

Chicobags will be sold at the Prom. Show your support by purchasing one this handy reusable grocery bags for just $5.
